Nashwaak River Tubing

Ahhh…the summer has arrived in New Brunswick. Recent warm weather as well as having a beautiful river, the Nashwaak, flowing past our home prompted a test run on a river tube.
The first trip with my better half was relaxing and great way to enjoy a warm afternoon. With the Nashwaak river at optimum water depth for tubing the 3 hour trip was a perfect way to spend an afternoon.
Once word spread of how much fun can be had the second trip was planned in short order. A quick call to Marty at Taymouth Tubing confirmed river tubes were available.
With a few friends along we made a second run at Nashwaak river tubing with great success. Previous experience and the folks at Taymouth Tubing ensured we had proper tubes as well as an accessory tube to carry a few snacks and refreshments.
The trip consists of a lazy float along the river with a few riffles to provide a little excitement, just the right combination of conditions to provide thrills without “white knuckle fear”.
Kudos to Marty and staff at Taymouth Tubing for placing trash containers on convenient stopping areas and the weekend B-B-Q on the beach was awesome!
